Alert - Tree Removal and Replacement Project - Please be aware there is a tree removal and replacement project currently taking place in the 700-712 and 714-728 buildings only. There have been many concerns and complaints over the years because the trees in those rows have become diseased and are dying. In order to maintain uniformity, entire rows are being replaced at one time. Only the two buildings listed are being done at this time. The replacement trees will be a type of Dogwood and a Redbud. It was the intention of the maintenance committee to make all residents in the two affected rows aware of the project prior to the project starting. Unfortunately, the landscaper did not notify the maintenance chair and instead began the work on the trees. Understandably, this is upsetting to many residents, which was not the intention of the Board. The Board apologizes for any confusion.

Alert - Please be aware starting Friday, June 8th work will be getting done in the playground area. Caution tape will be placed around the work area and weather permitting, everything should be completed within a week.
