The AHOA Association Committees are in need of Volunteers.

Committees were formed as a very important tool to assist the Board of Directors. Committees make recommendations to the Board and the Board votes using the committee's input on everything from exterior changes to community activities. This is a chance for you to get involved in your community. We currently have a big need in the areas of the Maintenance, Audit, and Recreation Committees.

Architectural Control – this committee interprets and enforces the Covenants and Restrictions (C&R’s) with regards to the exterior look of the community. They normally meet on a monthly basis.

Maintenance – This committee looks at the general maintenance of the community, i.e. parking lots, concrete, fencing, and other important items. They also make recommendations and give updates to the Board. They meet on a monthly basis.

Election – This Committee is responsible for recruiting prospective Board members and counting votes.

Recreation – This Committee is responsible for planning community activities such as the Annual Pool Party. This committee meets on an "as needed" basis.

Publicity – This Committee is responsible for publishing the newsletter and advertising upcoming events.
