SIGN POLICY

• One real estate sign is permitted on the property to advertise its sale and should be no bigger than 5 square feet.
• The day of Open House, you may position one directional sign at each entrance to Allenview.
• Immediately after Open House, the directional signs must be removed. o No other signs are permitted and will be removed.

IMPORTANT

• Allenview is a planned residential development and operates under a set of Covenants & Restrictions (C&Rs) and a set of By-Laws.
• The C&Rs and By-Laws can be found on the website home page under the appropriate tabs.
• Please be sure any potential buyer is made aware of these guidelines and they understand a legal document is signed at closing stating they agree to abide by those guidelines.
