February 2019 - No quorum at the 2020 Annual Meeting means the 2018 and the 2019 Annual Meeting Minutes could not be approved.
February 2020 - No quorum at the 2022 Annual Meeting means the 2018, 2019, and 2020 Annual Meeting Minutes could not be approved. The minutes will be approved at the 2023 Annual Meeting if there is a quorum.
